I’ve been thinking about the idea of self-awareness lately. It’s been on my mind a lot lately, and it’s something I’ve considered as a student of life.

I know I tend to focus more on the negative, but its often easy to forget just how positive our thoughts can be.

I think the most important part of self-awareness is being able to notice what negative thoughts you have and how negative they are. We can tell ourselves a million times over that something is wrong, but if we can’t clearly see what is wrong, all our self-concern will be for naught. Our minds are so powerful, but they only work if we’re able to clearly see them.

When we want to get to places we want to go, we’re in danger of forgetting how to get there. This is what’s so great about self-awareness (and self-awareness by itself). We can identify with our own thoughts and actions, but we can’t know what are the ones that are going to cause us to think. Our minds are so much more powerful than our brains. We can communicate with ourselves better than we can with our brains.

We can know when we’re in danger, and we can tell our bodies to stop, but we cant tell our minds to stop thinking of a specific thing. We can tell our bodies to slow down, or we can tell our minds to stop thinking about a specific thing. We can tell our bodies to stop thinking about a specific thing, but we can’t do the same for our minds.

The only way to stop thinking is to focus on the brain, and focus on the body. We don’t think of the brain as the mind, so we can focus on the brain. We can do that by focusing on the mind and body.

If you’re a computer programmer, or a developer, or an engineer, you will have to be a little bit more rigorous about how to do that. It could be that you’re a scientist or a physicist, or a mathematician or an engineering student, or a computer scientist. If your brain makes decisions and you have to do a lot of thinking and writing to get the job done, you can’t do much of it.

So the solution is to take a little more time to think.
